Delivery and Returns

Orders of in-stock items will be shipped in 4-5 business days.  Orders are shipped by Australia Post. Delivery times will vary depending on the location the package is being sent to (it will typically take 3-6 days to reach most locations within Australia.)

Orders of items that are not in-stock will be shipped once the item arrives from the supplier. This can range from 14-21 days.

ACSSU makes every effort to ensure that delivery time-frames provided are accurate. However once items are lodged with Australia Post we cannot be responsible for lost or delayed packages. If delays are experienced please check in with your local Australia Post office in the first instance. If your order hasn’t arrived after 3 weeks please contact us.

By placing an order online you are agreeing not to hold ACSSU liable for any loss or damage directly or indirectly arising out of or in connection with any delay or failure to deliver within the estimated time frame.

For any orders shipped outside of Australia the customer is the importer and will be responsible for all customs import duties and sales tax charges. These charges vary in each country and are outside of ACSSU’s control. Contact your local customs office for more information on what import duties or sales taxes may be imposed.

GST is not charged on items.

Refund or replacement claims are only considered for defective or damaged items. Claims must be made within 14 working days of receipt and the merchandise received by us no later than 28 days after the claim. All items must be securely wrapped in original condition and accompanied by the original receipt and a written claim.

Return shipping expenses will not be refunded.

Refunds will be credited only to the credit card used in the original transaction.
